Paper coating

Our HYDROWATT industrial pumps are also used for paper coating. In spray coating, inks and coatings are applied on both sides in a single operation using high pressures via nozzle bars instead of using a coating method (squeegee). Spray coating also provides the paper with a more homogeneous color pigment coating, with less resource consumption and faster throughput speed. In this application, our pumps are ideally suited for handling highly viscous and abrasive process media due to their hermetically sealed design.
